Key responsibilities:

  • Behavioural Strategy Development: Create, embed, develop, evaluate and update a behavioural strategy that drives the agency’s USP
  • Growth and Profitability:  Grow a sustainable department focusing on behavioural economics, achieving agreed financial KPIs 
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the team
  • Service innovation: Continually raise the bar and maintaining a competitive edge
  • Client Servicing: Build positive and trusting relationships with clients to deliver on KPIs
  • Sales & Marketing: Contribute to agency new business development
  • Continuous Professional Development: Taking ownership of your own development 

What does success look like?

  • To enhance the behavioural offering to our existing clients by providing more value and a greater ROI.
  • To have developed and upskilled the team's ability to approach every campaign with a behavioural mindset. 
  • To offer a new and innovative dimension to our offering that people can’t find at other agencies.   
  • To have embedded a framework across the agency to map the customer journey for our clients, driving our client's brands to be found at the right time, in the right place and with the right message.

  • Working closely with the Heads of Departments 
  • Supporting all departments with their human behavioural knowledge and application of Reflect Digital’s human behaviour strategy


Key requirements:

  • BSc in social sciences degree
  • 2+ years applying behavioural science or behavioural thinking in commercial contexts
