Business Development & Partnership Manager

THE ROLE.

We are looking for an enthusiastic business development and marketing professional to join our team. Our approach is always a human-focused consultative one, spending time with new business opportunities to understand their challenges allowing us to demonstrate how we can best help them meet their goals. This role requires you to be a keen marketer to lead your own demand generation campaigns and to work closely with our wide variety of agency partnerships sharing knowledge and spotting opportunities for collaboration.

ACCOUNTABILITIES.

The agency will rely on you to:
  • Own and deliver the demand generation strategy for the agency aligning with our agency and Group marketing strategy.
  • Drive new leads into the business.
  • Nurture and build new partnerships with relevant agencies to generate leads.
  • Manage the pitch process for leads working with the relevant team members to support.
  • Drive the agency to hit new business targets quarterly.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

You will be responsible for:
  • Ensure best practice of sales processes are in place and high levels of sales activity are the status quo. 
  • Oversee all demand generation campaign launches, ensuring that Reflect Digital growth aspirations are delivered in line with the strategy.
  • Pro-actively seek opportunities that fit within our target customer profile using outbound techniques such as LinkedIn to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Work with the team to enable the right level of development in growth territories, supported by a commercial strategy that delivers profitability.
  • Continually identify commercial opportunities within key territories that position Reflect Digital as a partner to prospective clients.
  • Work with sales leads to define the role of Reflect Digital within individual go to market negotiations strategy, whilst at the same time forging long-lasting, meaningful client relationships
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, and commercial accountability with departmental leads.
  • Work with the Reflect Digital CEO and the leadership team in order to define the measures of success for the launch of campaigns/ projects.
  • Work with the LAB Group, existing partners and new partners to build partnerships set for growth. Working with the Reflect Digital CEO to scope our partnership offering and then leading the delivery of this programme to create mutually beneficial relationships that foster the right target leads for Reflect Digital. 
  • Be obsessed with knowing the latest goings on in the search world so you can confidently talk to new prospects and demonstrate our culture of ‘loving our craft’.

  • Building a demand generation strategy that leads to new wins aligned to our growth ambitions.
  • Developing a partnership programme that is mutually beneficial and bringing in new opportunities of the right calibre to match our vision.
  • Building a strong pipeline for the business to achieve it’s quarterly new business targets.

YOUR PLACE IN THE AGENCY AND KEY RELATIONSHIPS.

  • Report to the CEO
  • Working with the Heads of Departments to ensure the marketing strategy aligns to their growth plans and that we are attracting and onboarding the right customers.

THE PACKAGE.

  1. Salary: 28 - 40k dependant on experience

  2. Annual Leave: 20 days with one additional day per year up to 30 days, plus birthday and Christmas free time
