Marketing Manager

THE ROLE.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and efficient marketer, who is a real self-starter ready to build this role. You must be results-driven, a great communicator and a real team player. To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years experience working in a marketing role with an avid interest in digital.

ACCOUNTABILITIES.

The agency relies on you for the following:

  • Developing, implementing and managing the agency marketing strategy 
  • Working with the product development team to research the viability of a product and then to plan the marketing launch and on-going strategy of new products 
  • Working with the PR/Media Manager to ensure our content strategy fits with the marketing strategy goals 
  • Managing campaigns throughout the year and tracking ROI 
  • Briefing and project managing the delivery of marketing collateral 
  • Working with our sales department  to provide the content they require to deliver new  sales opportunities 
  • Overseeing internal SEO/PPC campaigns to ensure these are inline with the agency strategy 
  • Planning and managing events - online and in person, including our flagship conference Aspiration Digital

RESPONSIBILITIES.

You will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing opportunities for us to attend events and exhibitions, in particular, sourcing speaking opportunities
  • Managing advertising and editorial opportunities
  • Pushing us forward in the creation of video and how we use this as a marketing tool
  • Social Media Marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Working with the team to ensure social strategy reflects our wider brand strategy
  • Leading our brand development and the creation of assets required to drive our brand forward through all areas of our business
  • Driving client feedback throughout the business to help us report on satisfaction and ensuring we continue to evolve our offering to meet the expectations of our clients
  • Reporting and analysing performance of campaigns

  • Developing and growing the Reflect Digital brand both on and offline - helping to make us the agency of choice for clients and employer of choice for potential colleagues  
  • Owning and driving forward our marketing strategy, ensuring we truly practise what we preach in delivering a best in class execution
  • Driving leads that align with our target demographic and convert into clients that help make us famous

THE PACKAGE.

  1. Salary: 30k+ dependant on experience

  2. Annual Leave: 33 days with one additional day per year (20 days holiday, 8 bank holidays, 3 days at Christmas, 1 Birthday and 1 Charity day)
