As a PPC executive, you will work on client campaigns across all paid media channels, including search, social & shopping. This will be a varied role and you will be involved with all aspects of the process, from winning new clients through to maintaining and growing existing ones.
You will assist the head of paid search to create innovative campaigns for new and existing clients. You will be working alongside the rest of the marketing team (SEO, PR, Social, CRO) to develop comprehensive & rounded marketing solutions for our clients.
We are looking for a passionate PPC executive, ideally with at least one year of experience running and optimising paid search or paid social accounts in an agency setting; or two years of experience working in house.
After you have been settled into the team and have completed the induction process you will become a key part of our team, managing the essential day to day optimisations for our client’s campaigns. You will support to the PPC account managers and head of paid to deliver success and drive growth for our clients.
Amongst other things you will be responsible for:
Managing and creating campaigns for both existing and new clients.
Optimising keywords & creating engaging ad copy to drive high quality traffic and conversions to our clients sites. We will train you to become proficient in our Neuro Marketing psychology model for writing copy.
Analysing search query reports to identify new targeting opportunities and to negative irrelevant traffic
Optimising keyword bids and daily budgets to improve efficiency & drive ROI.

Salary: £20K - £28K Dependant on experience.
Optional 4 day work week, with either Mondays or Fridays off. We want you to enjoy a 3 day weekend every week.
Annual Leave: 20 days with one additional day per year up to 30 days, plus the days in between Christmas and new year.
