
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced PPC specialist with a minimum of 2 years agency side experience, who understands the intricacies of paid account management.
Expertise in channels such as display, remarketing, shopping, programmatic, YouTube Ads & paid social is desired. We don’t expect you to have expertise all of these areas, but we do expect at least one area in combination with a high level of proficiency in search, display & remarketing at a minimum.
After you have been settled into the team and have completed the handover process for your clients, you will be given autonomy to manage those clients, reporting back to the head of paid. It is important to remember that you will be part of a dedicated PPC team and always have support available to assist with your clients, help on accounts when you are away and brainstorm ideas when needed.

Key responsibilities

You will work with your clients across multiple paid search & social channels to drive success and growth. You will take control of the hands-on management of these accounts, with responsibility to create and guide strategy.

You will be the main point of contact for your clients for all PPC enquiries, regularly reporting back on campaign performance and identifying opportunities.

You will assist the head of paid search in researching opportunities for new clients, running audits and providing data for proposals.

You will assist the head of paid search in providing training to help develop the skills & understanding of junior PPC executives.
How will your role develop?
We want our team members to work with what they are passionate about. We encourage our team to specialise and you could become a senior account manager and be the lead for a specialist paid social or programmatic targeting team. Alternatively you may have a passion for a particular industry vertical, becoming the lead for developing clients in ecommerce or B2B for example.

The package
Salary: £30k - £38k based on experience.
Optional 4 day work week, with either Mondays or Fridays off. We want you to enjoy a 3 day weekend every week.
Annual Leave: 20 days with one additional day per year up to 30 days, plus the days in between Christmas and new year.
