
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced PPC specialist with 3-4 years of agency side PPC account management experience.
Alongside high proficiency in search, display & remarketing, we are looking for applicants with demonstrable specialist skills in further areas such as Paid Social, Ecommerce or Programmatic management.
After you have been settled into the team and have completed the handover process for your clients, you will be given autonomy to manage those clients, reporting back to the head of paid. Alongside “regular” clients you will be given responsibility for managing, nurturing and growing the client base for your specialist knowledge area. You will have the support of PPC managers and executives to drive forward the PPC strategy for these clients and grow the team within the PPC department.

Key responsibilities

You will work with your clients across multiple paid search & social channels to drive success and growth. You will take control of the hands-on management of these accounts, with responsibility to help create and guide strategy.

You will be the main point of contact for your clients for all PPC enquiries, regularly reporting back on campaign performance and identifying opportunities.

You will assist the head of paid search in researching opportunities for new clients, running audits and providing data for proposals.

You will assist the head of paid search in providing training to help develop the skills & understanding of junior PPC executives.
How will your role develop?
Our aim is to grow the PPC team to have specialist teams of PPC staff for each major PPC channel. As client accounts for each of these areas grow, the size of your team and responsibilities will grow with them. This may develop into your team having dedicated executives just for that specialist area for example.

The package
Salary: £35k - £45k based on experience.
Optional 4 day work week, with either Mondays or Fridays off. We want you to enjoy a 3 day weekend every week.
Annual Leave: 20 days with one additional day per year up to 30 days, plus the days in between Christmas and new year.
