Head up the Outreach & Digital PR team in a vibrant growing search engine marketing agency. We are looking to grow our Digital PR and outreach team within Reflect Digital to meet our client demand. You will have intimate knowledge of the PR and link building process from end to end and will be able to support and train your team in a variety of link building and PR tactics. It is essential that the successful candidate has experience in producing high-quality PR campaigns that have achieved top tier organic links.
As an Outreach Lead you will be executing Reflect Digital’s off-site SEO strategy for our diverse clients who are looking to build high-quality links. You will be full of ideas on how to get links from a wide range of tactics. You will be used to working with a broad team of SEO experts and creatives.
This is a role that will allow you to use both creative and analytical skills to ensure our clients are consistently earning high quality links and coverage that will help increase search visibility.

You will be responsible for:
Lead ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas
Support the growth and development of the team through training and development
Lead the design and develop of onsite tools and content marketing campaigns to deliver the outreach strategy and agreed goals
Maintain relationships with journalists, key influencers and publications
Identify link acquisition targets through technical research techniques. Competitor technical analysis
Analyse the performance and impact of each outreach campaign to develop our best practice
Understand backlink analysis and be proficient at producing reports from competitors backlinks
Coordinate with various stakeholders including client teams and stakeholders as well as internal management
Create reports and insights from campaign activity and be able to present findings to a wide variety of stakeholders
Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to distribute content

Creating and launching link building campaigns that attract high-quality links from the target audience. You will have been involved from the first client contact to the end delivery, writing up the case study and entering it in for award recognition!

You will have grown the team of PR and outreach specialists through development of our product offering
Report to the Head of SEO
Working with SEO team members, PR specialists, creative department
Supporting the Head of Client Services to sell the service and the Head of SEO to deliver the campaigns
Salary: £35K - £40K dependant on experience
Annual Leave: 20 days with one additional day per year up to 30 days, plus birthday and Christmas free time
