Central Law Training are the UK’s leading provider of post-qualification training for legal professionals. For 30 years, they have helped thousands of students and professionals increase their expertise.
Central Law Training want to be seen as fresh, professional educators, who are passionate about what we do and to be known as the expert legal trainers. In order to remain at the forefront of legal training, with this new purpose they required a new brand identity. Their previous logo placed more hierarchy on the words ‘Law’ and ‘Training’, the new logotype needed to have equal weighting.
Our designers went about creating something that is versatile, as the logo will have to adapt to be used with the accompanying Wilmington Professional and University of Strathclyde elements. The icon not only represents a C but also an incomplete pie chart with Central Law Training filling the ‘gap’. The pie chart in this instance resembles knowledge the company filling the gap to make the chart complete.
Animated Explainer Video
To communicate the changes being made and to publicly reveal the new brand identity we produced an animated explainer video. Using the key messages, we developed a script and storyboard, sourced the backing music and commissioned the voice narration. Our design team created vector illustrations and brought everything to life using motion graphics.
