I'm Kalli, Digital Performance Director at Reflect Digital.
I have been working for leading integrated and digital agencies for over 20 years now and I’m passionate about all aspects of marketing, with a special interest and expertise in digital marketing and online brand management to meet business needs through effective strategic planning aligned to brand vision, values and objectives.
I started out agency life for a design agency and have worked extensively in client services roles working my way up to Client Services Director before focussing more specifically on digital marketing. My background extends cross-sector and cross-discipline, which attracted me to the concept of performance marketing for clients.
I'm a strategic thinker and creative player at heart and have been responsible for driving business and digital roadmaps always ensuring the need for solid performance and KPI measurement. I relish the digital landscape and the strategic opportunities that it presents for brands to optimise their digital presence and experiences, and I am particularly passionate about how creativity, innovation and technology can enable marketing and business strategy.
I also love creative expression and embrace collaborating with clients to fully explore the power of language in the digital age across their brand content architecture with impactful SEO and content marketing campaigns.

I’m a big lover of sunshine and the great outdoors so most weekends you will find me walking my cocker spaniel Albie and if the sun is shining we will more than likely be strolling along the Kent coast somewhere soaking up the fresh sea air whilst listening to the calming sound of the waves.
I have a real fascination for human psychology and love the power and creativity of a child’s imagination - it was this combination that really led me to explore my more spiritual side to start learning all about meditation, yoga and more recently learning Reiki and all about Chakras.
After work, I like to relax by heading off for a swim followed by catching up with friends over a nice glass of wine.
If I could - I would wear my flip flops all year round and watch the sunset whilst sipping on my favourite cocktail (with a spot of meditation thrown in for good measure of course!)
For some reason, I am petrified of anything that has the ability to move with a hard shell! Cockroaches, scorpions and stag beetles cast yourselves into Room 101 when I’m near you please!
Bad manners and selfishness in this age still bemuse me, and sadly I’m also still afraid of the dark. I’m also not a fan of freaky weather and can’t really understand why hailstones have a place within nature?
