You can take the man out of Reflect Digital, but you can’t take Reflect Digital out of the man: Nik is one of many team members who have happily returned to the fold.
He has a strong background in sales, both B2C and B2B. In fact, he used to work in Business Development here at Reflect. He also has great experience in account management including working at a number of Premier League football clubs...
More recently, Nik decided he wanted to make more of a difference to people. He gained his level 5 CIPD management diploma while being a stay-at-home father, and made the move to HR. A stint working in recruitment puts him in a great position to help us build our team with more and more talent as we grow.

- Hot fruit - It's completely alien to him that that baking fruit is okay
- Parallel parking - We won't be lending him our keys anytime soon
- Littering - Find a bin or take it with you. Easy.
