Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day of digital marketing projects and monthly retainers through the use of Productive platform
  • Ensure all work is delivered within budget
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor and report on appropriate metrics
  • Lead evaluation and  implementation of internal and change management processes
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor its progress
  • Create and maintain account planners and road maps
  • Communicate project progress with all stakeholders
  • Ensuring schedule of works are fulfilled
  • Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones
  • Contribute to effective client communication where appropriate
  • Analyse success of client work, creating reports and data analysis as supporting evidence
  • Forming strong relationships with clients and developing communication channels between relevant parties
  • Enhancing collaboration between internal teams

The package

  1. Salary  £38-45k DOE

  2. Annual Leave: 28 days (ex., Bank Holidays) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY.

  3. Flexible working, 4-day work week, hybrid (at least 2 days in the office in Maidstone, Kent
