Steve Brunt - Planning Director, The Behaviours Agency

Steve has over twenty years of experience in marketing strategy and branding and has had a focus on influencing behaviour throughout his career. He leads strategy for accounts such as Sharps Bedrooms, Karndean Designflooring, MKM, Bradstone as well as, Well Pharmacy and Coop. He has experience in the not-for-profit, public sector and agencies spanning advertising, digital, creative innovation and B2B. 

Zoe Pedersen - Strategy Director, Reflect Digital 

Having worked in both full service digital, brand and marketing agencies as well as within more specialist focused teams, Zoe has built up an impressive depth of experience across CRM, data acquisition, loyalty marketing, Drupal web development, and performance/SEO, social and influencer marketing and e-commerce. Zoe's has worked with some of the world’s most well-known brands, crafting customer-centric strategies and delivering results for Adidas South Africa, Monster Energy, The World Economic Forum, Nestle Professional, Disney Africa, Marriott International Hospitality to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery, Jigsaw and Hasbro to name a few.
