Before we dive in with recommendations, it’s really important we understand how the website and strategy to date have been performing. We would conduct a full discovery phase looking at previous campaigns and results to garner a clear understanding of performance to date. We’ll take time to understand your audience and ensure our considerations are aligned to their likely behaviours. Without this understanding, we can’t apply our superpower: understanding humans! 

After this, we’ll be in a position to advise on your strategy. Depending on activity to date, this could be a quick process, of a more detailed analysis. We may also suggest further tracking to ensure we understand your conversion paths etc. Or we may need to conduct a full CRO audit to give us a more detailed understanding of your conversion rate opportunities.
