In October we had the pleasure of attending the Wirehive100 awards having been shortlisted in two major categories! We were shortlisted for our PPC work with client ID&C and again in the Consumer Site Of The Year category for our work with Copper Rivet. This time, we did not walk away with a trophy, but it was evident on the night of the awards just how competitive the categories were this year and to have been shortlisted was an achievement in itself.

About the campaign...

Copper Rivet Distillery came to Reflect Digital in June 2016 as a brand new business opening a state of the art distillery at Chatham Dockyard in Kent. The aim of the website was to convey the distillery’s grain to glass approach whilst immersing the user in an online experience that would leave them excited to visit.

As a new business with new products, it was vital that the site was easy to use and expertly showcased the different products and tours they had to offer. Aside from the highly impactful and engaging design, technical aspects were also high on our list of considerations. The site operates under SSL providing customers with the confidence that their SagePay purchase is secure. As such, the site is PCI compliant and achieves an A rating on SSL tests.

To ensure the highest integrity of the site, automated acceptance tests are performed via a nightly schedule to ensure that the core site functionality always works as expected.

About the results...

Since the launch in September 2016 the site is ranking very well locally and is making great progress for national terms as well. Outreach to local news authorities and industry related online publishers has also driven the site forward and generated many highly relevant links as well as generating further traffic.

We are really pleased to see that the buzz generated from Copper Rivet’s opening is still very much evident online today and long may it continue!
