On 25th June 2015 Reflect Digital were winners again, this time at the KEiBA 2015 awards ceremony. Becky walked away with the prestigious award for Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Becky has taken the team from just her and some freelancers to a team of 20 in just 4 short years. The Judges report on the category this year said that 2015 had attracted the highest number of entrants for this category ever seen making it a truly tough category to judge. The entries this year had the highest number of women the category had seen, with then women occupying half of the shortlisted applicants for interview.

The judges said "clearly there are numerous digital service agencies, but Becky's total commitment to customer service and the needs of all of her clients from small to medium sized local and regional business to larger nationals, is at the heart of what sets her apart from many. A core aspect of her business is an ethos of education and understanding which enables her clients to fully understand and identify their needs. Coupled with her personable and engaging nature backed up by a true commitment to developing her staff from apprentices to highly technical specialists, Becky enabled us as judges to be confident in choosing her as our winner and we look forward to her establishing Reflect Digital as a leading national agency and to her reaching her first £1M this year."

The awards evening was a fantastic night held at the Kent Event Centre, Detling. The true shock could be seen from Becky's face when on stage collecting the award. Becky was honoured to have been selected against some really tough competition and is keen to use this as a platform to inspire more young people to have the drive to set up their own businesses. Speaking after the event Becky said "Reflect Digital wouldn't be where it is now without the hard work and dedication from every single member of the team, so this is award is for them.”
