EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
In 2015, after graduating from university, Caity started her journey in digital as a designer at Liquor Legends (Australia), where her Type A personality led her to developing a keen interest in managing design workflows effectively. Transitioning into project management with a move to Digital8 in 2017 solidified her passion for organising resources and schedules.
Upon her relocation to the UK in 2018, Caity established the project management discipline at Daydot (formerly House of Kaizen). During her tenure, she led transformative initiatives, including streamlining delivery processes and implementing operational optimisations, resulting in substantial cost savings for the agency. Her portfolio boasts collaborations with diverse clients across e-commerce, charity, publishing, and fintech sectors, including prestigious brands such as the RSPB, The British Red Cross, The Wall Street Journal, 118 118 Money and more.
In 2022, Caity worked with digital transformation agency Caution Your Blast, collaborating with the Home Office to modernise Emergency Travel Documents.
