It seems this year Reflect Digital are on a roll after securing another spot on an awards shortlist, this time for the Solicitors Journal Awards 2017 in the Working in Partnership category.

This year there are 18 categories in which companies will be recognised for their contribution to the legal profession with the newly added Working in Partnership category specifically for suppliers.

Over the last few years, there has been a definite growth in firms realising the need for digital marketing as consumers are becoming savvier and moving to the internet to research firms. This has made it more difficult for traditional law firms that relied on referral business to continue and they have instead needn't to adapt to the digital age.

Given this shift in consumer behaviour, we decided to build our own CMS (Content Management System) which boasts many useful features designed specifically for law firms. For example, our CMS makes it easy to join content together such as service pages with associated team members, articles, case studies, testimonials, guides and videos.  For us, this is integral to a legal website – along with having clear call to actions to drive enquiries from website visitors. We aim to bring innovation to everything we do and our software is very modern in the way it has been built, making it extremely efficient compared to the open source platforms available such as WordPress.

In this day and age, it is not enough to just have a nice looking website, the next step is to ensure that traffic is being driven to that site which then drives users to convert. Our Marketing team have run many campaigns for law firms of different sizes, targeting varying sectors including the extremely competitive personal injury sector.

Our campaigns are content driven, working with our clients to create market-leading content that will, in turn, generate online PR and help Google to see the relevance of their website for the terms we are optimising for. Our campaigns are always focused on ROI, which is not always easy to track as the process from the first enquiry to final outcome can be very long, especially with personal injury. We always agree on clear measures with our clients to ensure we all know what ‘good’ looks like and what we are aiming to achieve.

Our efforts fully paid off last year when we won a coveted Drum Search Award for our SEO work with Blackwater Law and we continue to work with our clients to the same high standards in 2017.

Could this be another win for team Reflect? Fingers crossed until the big announcement at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London on Wednesday 17th May 2017!
