Rodney is a Senior Creative Designer & Strategist whose role focuses on helping brands communicate clearly and connect with audiences across digital platforms. He works across branding, campaigns, content, and product marketing, creating creative that not only looks strong but supports wider business and growth goals.
Day-to-day, he collaborates with marketing teams, stakeholders, and developers to shape brand messaging, campaign visuals, digital experiences, and audience-facing content. He enjoys balancing creativity with strategy, ensuring the work feels engaging, consistent, and purposeful across every touchpoint.

After beginning his career in agency design in 2006, Rodney developed a strong passion for digital branding, user experience, and audience-focused creative. Over the years, he has worked across agencies, freelance consultancy, and in-house product teams, building experience across mobile, web, gaming, and digital marketing environments.
He has worked with brands and organisations including Samsung UK, NHS, Nobu, Rovio, Anna Freud, and The Movember Movement, helping create digital campaigns, branded experiences, and product-led creative that connect with audiences and strengthen brand presence online.
More recently, Rodney spent several years in mobile gaming, working closely with product, marketing, and development teams to support live products, user engagement, and brand growth across highly competitive digital spaces. He holds a BA(Hons) in Visual Communication and is also Adobe ACE Certified.
