EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

Thom started his working life as a general marketer, both client and agency side. It was in 2013 that, while studying a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing, he specialised in Digital Strategy, and a new passion was born.

From them on, Thom has undertaken a range of roles in Digital, from content to digital advertising. While heading up the SEO and PPC team at a FTSE 250 bank, Thom began to transform the way the bank measured its success. From this, he built the foundations of his Conversion Rate Optimisation career. He focussed purely on improving several brand websites performance across the bank - leveraging data and experimentation to meet the company’s billion pound targets.

Now, Thom brings that experience to Reflect Digital. He has established CRO as a function, bringing the power of website experimentation and personalisation to ensure our clients generate the most revenue they can out of their traffic.
