Prince is responsible for managing a range of client portfolios within Reflect Digital – maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and retention to support revenue growth for the business. He is also responsible for maintaining and establishing internal processes to ensure the smooth running of the paid media department.

After a few years in the engineering data industry, Prince had an epiphany in 2014 – to start providing digital solutions to a society that increasingly needed them. This marked the beginning of his journey to becoming a full-stack marketer, self-teaching skills across web development, design, video, copywriting, social media and paid media.
He went on to specialise in paid media while working at a digital agency – starting with paid social, then search – before relocating to the UK and restarting as a Paid Media Executive at a dental practice. His journey led him to Mindshare @ GroupM, where he expanded his expertise to include programmatic channels.
Prince has worked with international clients like Juniper Networks, Gaggenau, Volvo, BP and Castrol – managing large budgets and optimising media investment strategies. Today, his focus lies in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Amazon Ads.
He’s passionate about empathy, innovation, and delivering impactful campaigns that move the needle.
