EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
Kiran holds a PhD in social psychology, her thesis examined methods of reducing prejudice and discrimination among children and young people. Outside of academia, Kiran worked in behaviour science teams in both health and education within the UK government.
Kiran recently set up her own small business, where she entered the marketing world, developing her digital marketing skills. Now she takes on a new challenge of merging behavioural science and digital marketing here at Reflect!
